Green Thumb Guide

Grows best in enriched, well draining soil. Fertilize regularly with an all purpose plant food, and keep soil evenly moist. Provide a trellis or climbing support to tie new shoots until established.

These characteristics apply to the greater Sacramento area and nearby regions.
