During this class, we will go over the preparation and execution of a classic Prime Rib Roast with a new twist at the end, and a show stopper Stuffed Pork Loin and two killer sides that stand on their own.

We will cover all the necessary steps for preparation, execution, and presentations for all of the dishes, as well as some tips, tricks, and fun along the way. In this class, we will be cooking primarily on a Big Green Egg®, a Camp Chef Pellet Grill, and a Weber® Kettle, but the methodology is transferable and adaptable to all cooker types.... yes, even the oven.

Class size is limited to ensure that no one feels lost in the crowd.
