Flavor Grenade Pluot® Interspecific Plum

Unique plum-apricot hybrid produces greenish-red, elongated fruits early in fall. Requires a pollinizer: Santa Rosa plum, Flavor King, Dapple Dandy or Emerald Drop Pluots®. Complex flavor is excellent for cuisine or canning. 

Semi-dwarf tree grown on Myro 29C rootstock. Can be maintained at 8'-10' with summer pruning.

Prefers enriched soil with good drainage. Establish good structure when young and keep pruned. In summer, prune to keep tree to a manageable size. Estimated chilling time of 400 hours below 45°F.
