Deciduous shrub with very large, mophead flower clusters that emerge green, turn pink, and often turn green again. Re-blooming hydrangea grows in a compact, rounded habit and blooms in summer. Use in containers, as accent plant, or as a low hedge.
Grows well in partial shade and well drained soils. Alkaline/basic soil produce pink blooms and acidic soil gives way to blue blooms. Feed in spring. Prune after bloom. Blooms on old wood.
