Winter hardy tree produces red over yellow colored, crisp, juicy apples in late summer. Requires a pollinizer: Gala, Granny Smith, Empire(Opens in a new window), McIntosh(Opens in a new window) and Red Delicious. Utilize apples for juicing or canning.  

Semi-dwarf tree grown on M111 rootstock. Can be maintained at 8'-10' with summer pruning.

Prefers enriched soil with good drainage. Establish good structure when young and keep pruned. Prune in summer to keep tree to a manageable size. Estimated chilling time of 1,000 hours below 45°F.
