Sub-tropical, evergreen tree produces creamy, delicious avocados that ripen August through September. Fruits usually grow to about 4-8 ounces with shiny-black skin. A type variety with flowers blooming female in the morning, and male in the evening.

Plant in well draining, nitrogen enriched soil. Protect from frost in the first few years after planting. 'Mexicola' is a Mexican variety of avocado and is an A type with flowers blooming female in the morning, and male in the evening. Plant with a B type such as 'Bacon' to ensure good production.
