Peach 'Fay (Late) Elberta'

Popular yellow peach variety produces tangy, medium-sweet fruits mid to late summer. Later appearing blossoms give way to rosy, yellow fruits. Pits pull cleanly from freestone fruit.

Semi-dwarf tree grown on Citation rootstock. Can be maintained at 8'-10' with summer pruning.

Prefers enriched soil with good drainage. Establish good structure when young and keep pruned. In summer, prune to keep tree to a manageable size. Estimated chilling time of 700 hours below 45°F.
