Evergreen, self-fruiting tree or shrub has large, shiny leaves that emerge bright orange-red, slowly maturing to green. White flowers emerge in spring, followed by medium sized, orange, teardrop-shaped fruit with flavors reminiscent of apricot. Vigorous, late-season variety.

Flourishes in well draining, enriched soil. Prune sparingly to remove dead or dying branches. Feed with a tree and shrub fertilizer in spring before new growth appears. Hardy to 12°.
