Vivid green, narrow leaflets hang gracefully from branches. Small, pale-yellow flowers in summer are often followed by red berries that attract birds. Excellent shade tree in a waterwise landscape. Trained into a standard, single trunk form.

Grows well in a variety of well draining soil, especially in California. Feed in spring before new growth appears with a tree and shrub fertilizer. Prune in winter as needed to maintain desired shape and size.
