Passiflora edulis

Semi-evergreen vine has a vigorous, climbing habit. In spring, clusters of exotic flowers with colors of white, blue, and purple bloom among green foliage. Purple, oval fruits with bright orange, citrus flavored pulp ripen in summer and fall.

Grows well in a variety of enriched soils, with good drainage. Provide a structure such as a trellis for support. Prune annually to maintain desired size.
