Heirloom cauliflower produces rounded, tightly packed domes of white flowerettes that never fully open. Has a buttery, nutty flavor and can be enjoyed fresh or cooked. Great when sauteed in stir-fries.

Green Thumb Guide

Plant in enriched garden soil with good drainage after danger of 100° weather has passed. Plant in rows leaving 12" of space between each row. Add fertilizer to soil before transplanting. Water early morning or late evening. Harvest crown at about 6"-8" across for best flavor.
