Green Thumb Guide

Plant in well draining, nitrogen enriched soil. Protect from frost in the first few years after planting. 'Little Cado' is a hybrid of Guatemalan and Mexican avocados and is generally considered to be both an A and B type. Planting near another avocado or other pollinator attracting plants will increase production.

These characteristics apply to the greater Sacramento area and nearby regions.
