Chinese cabbage variety has cylindrical heads of crisp, white ribbed, tightly packed leaves. Excellent for soups, stir-fry and kimchi.

Green Thumb Guide

Plant in enriched garden soil with good drainage after danger of 100° weather has passed. Plant in rows leaving 12" of space between each row. Add fertilizer to soil before transplanting. Water early morning or late evening. Cut heads from stems with a sharp knife when they feel solid when squeezed.
