Christmas Tree Instagram GIVEAWAY 2025**
These rules (the “Contest Rules”) govern the Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC Christmas Tree Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC (“Sponsor”).
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. MUST BE 18 TO ENTER.
ENTRY
This is an entry exclusive to social media: Instagram @idiggreenacres
To enter:
• “Like” the Christmas Tree Giveaway post (the “Post”) @idiggreenacres.
• Make sure you are following @idiggreenacres.
• Tag a bestie who you'd love to decorate the tree with!
Entry authorizes Sponsor to deliver to the entrant, at the telephone, cellphone, or email address(es) provided, marketing calls, emails, and texts and informational calls, emails, and texts.
Persons entering are not required to agree to be contacted as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Persons entering can request to not be contacted by emailing GardenSolutions@iDigGreenAcres.com or calling 916.673.9290, or writing to:

CONTEST PERIOD AND DEADLINE
The Contest runs from November 17, 2025 through November 20, 2025 (“Contest Period”). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Pacific Time on November 20, 2025 to be included in the final drawing.
ELIGIBILITY; PERSONAL INFORMATION
Open only to legal California residents at least 18 years of age as of November 17, 2025. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible.
Limit one entry per person, per email address or mobile number, valid for the entire Contest Period. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.
Personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy at iDigGreenAcres.com. Sponsor may utilize each entrant’s personal information based on which opt-in(s) they selected to receive future email or text messages.
All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the telephone number or email address provided at entry.
DRAWING AND AWARD OF PRIZE
One winner will be selected by Sponsor or its agent from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period.
The drawing for the prize winner will be held on or about November 21, 2025.
All drawings are final and binding.
Winners do not need to be present and will be notified by direct message on Instagram within 48 business hours of their names being drawn.
Upon Notification, each winner must claim their prize by November 30. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, an alternate winner will be selected from eligible remaining entries.
WINNER AGREES THAT THEIR NAME WILL BE USED PUBLICLY IN THE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF THE PRIZE AWARD AS A CONDITION OF RECEIVING THE PRIZE.
Any dispute regarding the identity of a winning entry will be resolved based on the holder of the social media account used for entry.
PRIZE
The following prize will be awarded:
🎄 One Fresh-Cut Christmas Tree valued up to $85 and a one $50 Green Acres Gift Card. Three Winners will be chosen.
Total actual retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $135.00. Any tax on the prize and all expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions are permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
Winner will be required to sign a liability and publicity release and an affidavit of eligibility and proof of age. If documents are not provided within 24 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE
Sponsor is not responsible for:
• technical issues, malfunctions, or errors;
• communication disruptions;
• lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries;
• errors in Contest materials;
• or any issues resulting from participation in the Contest.
By participating, entrants agree to indemnify and hold Sponsor harmless from all claims related to the Contest and prize. By accepting the prize, winners release Sponsor from all liability associated with the prize.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST; DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Contest if technical or other issues compromise integrity or proper functioning. Those who tamper with or abuse the Contest may be disqualified.
RIGHT TO USE NAME, PHOTO AND LIKENESS
By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photo, and/or likeness in any Sponsor marketing or promotional materials.
