These rules (the “Contest Rules”) govern the Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC Pups in the Patch Photo Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC (“Sponsor”). This Contest is a Texas-specific promotion and is open only to eligible Texas residents as described below.

The Contest is open for entries exclusively through the official online entry form provided by Green Acres Nursery & Supply.

Entry authorizes Sponsor to deliver to the entrant, at the telephone, cellphone, or email address(es) provided, marketing calls, emails and texts and informational calls, emails, and texts, subject to the entrant’s selections and applicable law.

The Contest begins September 18, 2026 and ends September 27, 2026 (“Contest Period”).

Entries must be RECEIVED by 11:59 PM Central Time on September 27, 2026 to be eligible for consideration.

The Contest is open only to legal Texas residents who are at least 18 years of age as of September 18, 2026.

Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person, per email address or mobile number, for the entire Contest Period. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.

Personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at iDigGreenAcres.com. Sponsor may utilize each entrant’s personal information based on the opt-in(s) the entrant has selected to receive future email or text messages.

All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the telephone number or email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address or telephone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses, domains, or telephone numbers associated with the submitted information.

Three winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period by an in-house judging panel designated by Green Acres Nursery & Supply.

Eligible entries will be evaluated based on overall quality, creativity, originality, and seasonal spirit. Winners will be selected at the discretion of the judging panel. All judging decisions are final and binding on matters related to the Contest.

Judging and selection of the winners will take place on or about September 28, 2026.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided through the official Contest entry form (“Notification”). Winners do not need to be present to win.

Upon Notification, each potential winner must claim their prize by responding according to the instructions provided by Sponsor. If a potential winner does not respond within one day (24 hours) of initial Notification, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Contest Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The following prizes will be awarded:

First Place: $250 Green Acres Nursery & Supply gift card
Second Place: $100 Green Acres Nursery & Supply gift card
Third Place: $50 Green Acres Nursery & Supply gift card

The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $400.

Any taxes associated with a prize and all expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Prizes are non-transferable. The difference between any stated value and the actual retail value of a prize will not be awarded to the winner. No prize substitutions shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable.

A winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a release of liability and publicity, affidavit of eligibility, proof of age, and/or other documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor. If required documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

By submitting a photograph to the Contest, each entrant represents and warrants that the photograph is original and that the entrant owns or otherwise possesses all rights and permissions necessary to submit the photograph and grant the rights described in these Contest Rules.

Each entrant is responsible for obtaining any necessary permission from identifiable individuals appearing in the submitted photograph. The submission must not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.

By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, crop, resize, and otherwise adapt the submitted photograph in connection with the Contest and Sponsor’s marketing and promotional activities, including, without limitation, Sponsor’s websites, social media channels, email communications, digital advertising, and print materials, without additional compensation to the entrant, to the extent permitted by law.

Entrants retain ownership of their original photographs.

Sponsor is under no obligation to use or publish any submitted photograph and may remove or discontinue use of a photograph at its discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer system, hardware, software, network, or other technical failure, malfunction, or error; (b) communication disruption or delays, including those related to or caused by Internet traffic, viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, or human error; or (c) damage caused by a computer virus or bug resulting in damage to any computer or cellphone from an entrant’s access to or participation in the Contest.

Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or entries or transactions that are lost, misdirected, delayed, incorrectly processed, reported, or transmitted for any reason, including computer, telephone, electronic transmission, or human error.

Each winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any prize.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and all sponsors and administrators of the Contest, along with their respective parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, attorneys, and agents, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions arising from or relating to participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize awarded.

By accepting a prize, each winner further releases Sponsor, its parent entities, affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, attorneys, and agents from any claims, liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest without advance notice should viruses, bugs, technical malfunctions, fraud, unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Contest.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest, or whom Sponsor reasonably believes are causing a malfunction, error, disruption, or damage, may be disqualified.

Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Contest Rules or contains content Sponsor considers inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, harmful, or otherwise unsuitable for the Contest.

By accepting a prize, each winner consents, where permitted by law, to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, submitted photograph, and/or likeness in connection with the Contest and Sponsor’s marketing and promotional materials without additional compensation.
