Contractor Discount, Purchase and Returns Guidelines
C-27 license holders qualify for 20/10 discount.
- Must spend $5,000 per year to maintain 20/10; otherwise will drop to default discount of 10/5.
Non C-27 holders qualify for 10/5 discount.
- Must spend $2,500 per year to maintain discount.
Discounts are given based on eligibility and are reviewed annually.
- Discounts may be revoked or changed at the discretion of Green Acres Nursery & Supply.
- Discount is for account holder and authorized users only. Discount will not be given to any individual who is not listed as authorized user.
1. Account holder is expected to be present with any client at store selecting product to pull for a project or bid.

- There are no returns on special orders.
- There are no returns on topiaries or citrus.
- There are no returns on plant material that has been planted, regardless of plant quality.
- There are no returns on unplanted, non-retail-quality plant material.
4. Account holder assumed responsibility for validity of plant suggestions/substitutions.
