These rules (the “Contest Rules”) govern the Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC Jelly Cat & Gift Card Giveaway Instagram Giveaway (the “Contest”) sponsored by Green Acres Nursery & Supply, LLC (“Sponsor”).

CONTEST PERIOD AND DEADLINE

The Contest runs from January 10, 2026 through January 14, 2026 (“Contest Period”). Entries must be RECEIVED by 11:59PM Pacific Time on January 14, 2026 to be included in the final drawing.

Open only to legal California residents at least 18 years of age as of January, 10 2026. Employees, officers and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address or mobile number, which is valid for the entire Contest Period. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Personal information will be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy at iDigGreenAcres.com. Sponsor may utilize each entrant’s personal information based on which opt-in(s) the entrant has selected to receive future email or text messages. All entries become the property of Sponsor. Entries will be deemed as made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number or email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address or telephone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, domains, or phone numbers associated with the submitted information.

Three winner will be selected by Sponsor or its agent from all eligible entries received within the Contest Period and an award of the Prize will be made as a sweepstakes award. Eligible entries are entries received in completion during the Contest Period and that otherwise meet the requirements described in these Official Rules. Drawing for the prize winner will be held on or about January 15, 2026. All drawings are final and binding on all matters related to the Contest. The winners do not need to be present at the drawing, and will be notified by direct message on Facebook and/or Instagram, within 48 business hours of their names being drawn (“Notification”). Upon Notification, each winner must claim his or her prize by e-mail or to Sponsor’s telephone number provided. If a given winner does not respond within one day (24 hours) of initial Notification, an alternate winner for such prize will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries. WINNER AGREES THAT WINNER’S NAME WILL BE USED PUBLICLY IN THE ANNOUNCEMENTS OF PRIZE AWARD, IN ADDITION TO ALL OTHER USES PROVIDED HEREIN, AS A CONDITON TO RECEIVING THE PRIZE.
Any dispute regarding the identity of a winning entry holder will be resolved in favor of the holder of the individual social media account used at the time of entry.

PRIZE

The following prize will be awarded: One Jelly Cat Monstera Plush + $50 Green Acres Nursery Gift Card

Total actual retail value (“ARV”) for Contest prize is $125.00. Any tax on any prize and all expenses not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Prize is non-transferable. The difference between any stated value and the actual retail value of a prize will not be awarded to the winner. No prize substitutions shall be permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize become unavailable. Winner will be required to subscribe to, and to deliver to Sponsor, a release for liability and for publicity, and an affidavit of eligibility and proof of age (together with any other documents that may be requested by promotion and marketing partners. If the required documents are not provided to Sponsor within one day (24 hours), an alternate winner for the prize may be chosen.

INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE

Sponsor is not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer system, hardware, software, network or other technical failure, malfunction, or error; (b) communication disruption or delays, including those related to or caused by Internet traffic, virus, bug, non-authorized intervention, or human error; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or bug, resulting in damage to any computer or cell phone from an entrant’s access or the Contest website. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system, or that are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or that are lost for any reason, including, without limitation, computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error.

Each winner acknowledges that Sponsor has neither made any, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, without limitation, the authenticity, quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Jelly Cat Plush or any other prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility if the Jelly Cat Plush awarded is later determined not to be genuine.

By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and all sponsors and administrators of the Contest, along with their respective parent entities and subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, attorneys, and agents, from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Contest, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or nonuse of any prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages. By accepting a prize, each winner further releases Sponsor, its parent entities, directors, officers, members, managers, employees, attorneys, and agents from any and all claims, liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession, authenticity, and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity, including without limitation any recharacterization of the Contest as other than a sweepstakes permitted by applicable law.


NO AFFILIATION

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Jelly Cat. By entering, you understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Jelly Cat. Instagram and Jelly Cat are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor and not to Instagram or Jelly Cat.

RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND CONTEST; DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest without advance notice should virus, bugs, technical malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage, will be disqualified.

RIGHT TO USE NAME, PHOTO AND LIKENESS

By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness in any marketing and promotional materials of Sponsor or its affiliates.
