What locations offer Purchase for Pickup?
Purchase for Pickup is available at five locations: Auburn, Citrus Heights, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Rocklin.

Is there a fee for Purchase for Pickup?
Our gurus will carefully select you items and process your order for pickup–a $15 service fee applies to all orders.

Where do I pick up my online order?
Upon arrival, park in the designated Purchase for Pickup parking. Call
the store’s phone number located on the sign. Our team will bring your items to
you.

Why do you sell different colors and items in store than you sell online?
The availability of product changes regularly due to a number of factors
related to live goods. In to increase the likelihood of fulfilling your order,
we carefully curate our Purchase for Pickup product collection with items most
likely to be in stock.

Why am I unable to purchase something online that I saw in the store when I visited?
Online product selection is based on seasonality and inventory. Although you see a product in store, the inventory may be too limited to have it available to purchase online for pickup.

How soon can I expect to pick up my order?
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be fulfilled.

How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email from the team that is pulling your order as soon as it’s ready for pickup and before your payment is processed.

Can you text or call me when my order is ready?
Yes, we can text or call you when your order is ready. Please leave this request in the note section of your cart before checkout.

How long will you hold my order?
Please collect your order as soon as possible–items will be restocked after 48 hours from the time of notification.

If I drive up, can someone just take my order and bring it out to me?
Purchases need to be made at the registers or online.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are unable to take phone orders.

Will you load my order into my vehicle?
Yes, we’ll bring your order to you and load it into your vehicle. Please be sure to bring a vehicle appropriately sized for our order.

May I add on to my submitted order?
We are unable to make adjustments to online orders at this time. Please place a new order if you’ve forgotten something.

May I pay with cash or check?
We are unable to accept cash or check for online purchases. We do accept American Express, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa.

How do I cancel or exchange part of my order?
We are unable to make adjustments to online orders. If you would like to cancel your order, please reach out to our team at fulfillment@idiggreenacres.com.

Do you guarantee your plants?
Plants are unique and sometimes, despite our best efforts, they don’t survive. If you are ready for an exchange or refund, here’s what to do:
  • Refer to our Plant Guarantee
  • Locate your receipt
  • Bring the plant with your receipt to your local Green Acres Nursery & Supply or call the store and speak to the manager on duty
Did you know? We specialize in troubleshooting. Our team can look at bagged samples and pictures to diagnose pests, diseases, watering issues, and more.

What if you don’t have something I ordered?
You will not be charged for out of stock items. You will receive an ‘updated’ email informing you of the items we were able to fulfill. Payment is captured for the new/updated amount.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer wholesale pricing. Our Contractor Sales teams coordinate discounts for licensed landscape professionals. We provide comprehensive quotes, pull orders in advance, and have it ready for pick up on the way to your job site, or we’ll deliver.
