Why do gift cards have a shipping fee?
Our gift cards are physical cards sent in the mail. We charge for postage according to USPS postage rates.

Why didn't my gift card arrive in the mail?
If your gift card is lost in transit or experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us via email at fulfillment@iDigGreenAcres.com or via phone at (916) 293-9452. We are happy to ship a replacement or arrange for in-store pickup of a replacement card.

Can I include a gift message on the card?
Yes! Please include your message as a note on your gift card order. We will include your message on the card.

When can I expect my sod delivery?
Once you place an order for sod online, Delta Bluegrass Co. will call you directly to arrange a delivery date.

How soon can I receive my sod delivery?
Sod is fresh cut to order the day prior to your delivery. Please provide at least three business days lead time to ensure your delivery arrives when you need it.

When can I pre-order bareroot fruit trees and roses?
We open orders for bareroot fruit trees and roses in the fall and close orders just before product arrives early December.

When will I be able to pick up my pre-order bareroot fruit trees and roses?

Pre-orders will be available for pick up beginning early 2024.

How will I be notified when my order is ready for pick up?
Notification email from our Fulfillment Team will be sent when your fruit tree(s) have been delivered to your designated pick up location. We want you to receive your messages, so please add fulfillment@idiggreenacres.com to your address book.

Will my credit card be charged before my fruit trees or roses arrive at my chosen Green Acres Nursery & Supply location?
Payment will be taken when your pre-order has been placed.

Am I guaranteed to receive my pre-order?
Due to seasonal availability and environmental factors, there is no 100% guarantee that your item(s) will be fulfilled.

How long do I have to pick up my order?
You will have two days to collect your bareroot fruit trees and roses, at a time convenient to you.
