Tropical shrub will brighten up any corner of your living space. Long, spear-shaped leaves are boldly variegated with hues of green, white, and pink with red undersides. At night, their leaves will fold together similar to Prayer Plants.

Green Thumb Guide

Plant in enriched soil with good drainage. If leaves develop brown tips or edges, the air may be too dry. Resolve this by setting it on a pebble-filled tray of water or group with other houseplants. Water less in low light conditions. Fertilize monthly for best foliage. Prune some of the stems as the plant ages to keep from being stringy.
