Large, tightly packed domes of flowerettes mature quickly to a rich, dark green. Has a tangy, buttery, nutty flavor and can be enjoyed fresh or cooked. Great sauteed in stir-fries.

Plant in enriched garden soil with good drainage after danger of 100° weather has passed. Plant in rows leaving 12" of space between each row. Add fertilizer to soil before transplanting. Water early morning or late evening. Harvest crown at about 6"-7" across for best flavor.
