Herbaceous perennial with a low, mounding habit and blue-green, lance shaped leaves. Flower heads emerge in summer as round, hollow balls resembling a balloon. Flower buds open to reveal star-shaped flowers with purple, lilac, or white color. Use in garden beds or containers. Deadhead to encourage repeat blooms.
